How to refresh cache on different web browsers.
If you are using Chrome
- In the top right corner of your Chrome browser click the three dots (,,,).
- Click settings (it also has a gear Icon).
- On the left side of the screen Select Privacy and security.
- This will open setting in the middle of the screen select the “Delete browsing data” (Also has a trash can icon)
- This will pop up a Delete browsing Data window on the top bar click the “More” button and select “All time”.
- Make sure the Check boxes are selected for “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached image and Files” are checked.
- In the bottom right select Delete from this device.
- Close and reopen Chrome.
If you are using Edge(Also known as IE)
- In the top right corner of your IE browser click the three dots (,,,).
- Click settings (it also has a gear Icon).
- In the Middle of the screen at the top left select the Cler browsing data( It’s under the top settings category)
- This will pop up a Delete browsing Data window in the drop-down menu select “All time’
- Make sure the Check boxes are selected for “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached image and Files” are checked.
- In the bottom right select Clear now.
- Close and reopen IE.
